Explanation of the Annual Standard Support Plan

The Standard Support Plan provides for one year of patches, enhancements, upgrades, and 8 X 5 online support including all new features and enhancements at no extra charge.  It also includes all bug fixes and upgrades to support Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer.  Click here to see Terms and Conditions

Standard Support Members may request support by submitting a request ticket via Portal Prodigy's website. Requests shall be reviewed and responses shall be provided to Support Contacts during the hours of 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

The Standard Support Plan additionally provides online access to private online user discussion groups and specialized Portal Prodigy community support.
