Export to QuickBooks

This feature is currently being updated to include separate option to export orders due to recent changes in the design of PortalProdigy.  The export currently supports exporting of GL Transactions only.

  • Last Transaction Date Range: displays the last date range that was posted.
  • Transaction Date Range to Export: use to enter date range criteria for export.
  • Include Previously Posted GL Entries? set to No to exclude previously posted GL transactions.  Set to Yes to include previously posted GL transactions.  Typically set to No.
  • Export Format: select Intuit Import/Export File to create an IIF file that can be imported into Intuit’s QuickBooks accounting system or select Comma Delimited to create a CSV file that can be imported into third party accounting systems.  CSV files can be also opened and edited using Microsoft Excel.
  •  Cancel button: click to close the page.
  •  Clear button: click to clear the page and make new selections.
  •  Create File button:  use to create the file.  It will open a File Download dialog box.
  •  Main Menu Button: use to return to the Site Administration Main Menu.
