Membership Features in Detail

Search for Memberships:

Used to find memberships based on entered search criteria.

 

Search Criteria section:

           

The following search criteria fields and options are available:

 

§         Membership Type – defaults to All.  Select a different value to search for memberships for a specific Membership Type.

§         Membership Status - defaults to All.  Select a different value to search for memberships with a specific Membership Status.

 

§         Membership ID-  use to search for a specific Membership ID.

§         Member ID: - use to search for a specific Contact ID.

§         First Name – use to search for a Membership by the Member’s First Name.  You may enter a partial or complete name.

§         Last Name – use to search for a Membership by the Member’s Last Name.  You may enter a partial or complete name.

§         Created Date range - entering a date in the first text box retrieves all Memberships with Created Date greater than or equal to the entered date.  Entering a range is inclusive of entered date values.

 

§         Modified Date range – used to search by date last modified range.  Works the same as Date Entered range.

 

    • Items Per Page – used to control how many matches are listed at a time.  Defaults to 10.  If the number of matches is greater than the specified Items Per Page, PORTALPRODIGY provides navigation options for the additional pages of matches This feature minimizes network traffic.
    • Search Button  - submits the entered search criteria and displays the matches.

Found Memberships section:

 

           

 

Result set is displayed with the following columns:

 

§         ID:  the unique Membership record ID assigned by PORTALPRODIGY.

§         Membership Type: displays the type of membership.

§         Member Name:  the member’s Last Name followed by their First Name.

§         Company Name: if the member has a company it displays their company name.

§         Status:  the member’s Membership Status.

 

§         Application:  click on the  edit icon to display the member’s application in edit mode. 

§         Membership:  click on the  edit icon to display the member’s membership record in edit mode.
