Activate the Publications and Newsletter Feature
- Read
the chapter titled “Newsletter/Publications Feature in Detail” in the
Administration Manual.
- Click
on the features edit icon on the Site Administration Menu.
- Check
the Newsletters/Publications box on the Features Management page
- Click
on Save button.
