Administrative Setup of Contact Management Feature
- Read chapter in Administration manual titled “Contacts,
Members, Vendors & Companies Feature in Detail”
- The Contact Feature is setup
and configured from the User Sign Up Feature Management page which is
accessed from the Administration Menu by clicking on Features and then
clicking on UserSignUp on the Feature Management
page.
- Configure the Registration Form Selection Field which
allows Administration to select the Signup pages that will be used for the
site.
- Configure Default Registration and/or Quick Registration.
- Enter required password length.
- Enter Blank Name, Blank Address, Blank Email, and Blank
Phone field allowance choices.
- If desired enter a default State value
- Create a Contact auto broadcast template.
- Select desired Contact auto broadcast template
- Enter an email address for response (signup) notification.
- Create a response notification broadcast template.
- Select desired Contact response notification template
- Enter a sample biography
- Enter a sample closing statement.
