Create and Update a Discussion Group
- Read the chapter titled “Discussion Features in Detail” in
the Administration Manual.
- Click on the features edit icon on the Site Administration
Menu.
- Click on Discussions Link on Features Management page.
- Click on Discussion Groups Management Link
- On Discussion Groups Management page click on a Discussion
Group name to update OR click on Add New Group link.
- Enter title of Group into Title field
- Enter content into Description field. This displays as
introduction to Group’s Discussion page and can be artistic.
- Active = Yes
- Select level if you are using multi-site synchronization.
- Private = Yes
- Set privacy filters
- Close Discussion Groups Management page.
- Click on Save button.
