Individually Enter Contacts Records
- Read chapter of Administration Manual titled “Contacts,
Members, Vendors & Companies Feature in Detail”.
- Click the Contacts add icon on the Site Administration
Menu page.
- Enter the contacts email address into the Login Name Field
- Enter a password into the Password Field and confirm it.
- Enter the contact’s title into the Title Field.
- Enter company name into Company Name - Data can be entered
into this field without linking it to a company record. However, it may be
desirable to have a Contact Record related to a specific Company Record.
In such a case, the search icon should be clicked to activate the company
search interface. The Company Record should be located and selected.
- Click Next button.
- Select Contact Preferences – Always include email for
Media Contacts.
- If desirable enter source of data into Source Field
- Set Active Field to Yes
- Select appropriate Member Types check boxes
- Click on Save button
