Promote a Resource on the Home Page

 

Include a document in the Resource Mini Browser displayed on your site’s home page. 

 

1. Read the chapter titled “Documents Features in Detail” in the Administration Manual

 

2. Click the Greeting edit icon on the Site Administration Menu page.

 

3. In the Home Page tab section of the Greeting Management page set the Include Resource Mini-Browser to “Yes”.

 

4. Click on the Documents browse icon on the Site Administration Menu page.

 

5. On the Search for Documents page enter the Document ID number into the Document ID field.

 

6. Click on the Search button.

 

7. Click on a Document Title to enter its Document Management Page.

 

8. Set value for Include Link On Home Pageto “Yes” to display the document name and link in the Home Page Resource Mini Browser. 

 

9. Set Home Page Sort Order .

 

10. Set Use to image or bullet. Selecting bullet causes the Home Page Mini Browser to list the documents with bullets.  Selecting image displays thumbnail image with document description   

 

11. If you set Use to Image then upload an image. Click browse button to load image.

 

12. Click the Save button
