Use to download the Microsoft IIS log files for your website. The log files contain information for each
page request made to your website. Third
party applications can be used to analyze the log files to determine where your
web traffic is coming from. If your
website is hosted by PortalProdigy we configure IIS to log one week’s transactions
per file. Thus each week a new log file
is listed on the Log Files Directory page.
PortalProdigy compresses each log file and stores the file in the ZIP format. You will need to unzip the file before using
it.
Download
File icon – click on the Download File icon to download the file.
Delete File icon - click on the Delete
File icon to delete the file from the server. It is recommended to delete the file
after successful download.
