Features in Detail.
The New Event Announcement message is delivered when an
Administrator clicks on the 
button on a specific event’s Event Management
page and then selects the template and the appropriate recipients. Variable
Data from the specific event is inserted into the template and delivered to the
recipient list for the purpose of announcing the event.
