Detailed instructions for using the Broadcasting Feature and
preparing a template are located in the chapter titled Broadcasting Features in Detail.
A Response Notification Template is prepared using the Broadcast
Template Feature.
The Response Notification message is delivered when a Call
to Action broadcast is complete. Variable Data from the specific event is
inserted into the template and delivered to the recipient designated in the 
field on the LRCA Management page for the
specific Call to Action.
