Features in Detail.
The New Survey Announcement message is delivered when an
Administrator clicks on the 
button on a specific Survey’s Management page
and then selects the template and the appropriate recipients. Variable Data
from the specific survey is inserted into the template and delivered to the recipient
list for the purpose of announcing the survey.
