Automated Online Directories

PortalProdigy automatically publishes and maintains online directories for you.  You can create as many directories as you need such as a Membership Directory, Preferred Vendors Directory, Board of Directors Directory, and Sponsors Directory, and so on.   It’s simple. Using PortalProdigy’s Directory Builder you select the data elements to be listed in the directory such as First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Office Phone, Home Phone, etc.  Then you specify the inclusion criteria.  You also have the ability to limit access to selected users.  PortalProdigy does everything else including creating the directory search and listing page shown below.
