PortalProdigy provides an orientation by phone to introduce
you to online resources and business procedures. You will be provided with
private online access to our training materials including our PPIOP System
Administration Manual, IBCA Script Book, Quick Tutorials for Real World
Application, and IBCA Discussion Forum. We will provide a startup kit to enable
you to manage your customer relationships effectively. From time to time, you’ll
be invited to our regional training sessions. The minimal fees for these are to
cover costs and differ depending on date and location. You will also be
assisted by your IBCA Coach.
