The Request and Help Desk feature’s flexible design allows
it to be configured for a wide variety of applications ranging from operating a
Help Desk to managing Customer Requests for Quotations.As a consequence of this, visitors can
experience the feature in many different ways.If you have set it up as a self service model, their experience may
begin with a prompt to login or signup as a new user as shown below:
After clicking on a Request link, user is prompted to
either login or signup as new user.
When signing up as a new user, they will be directed
to a designated quick registration form like the one shown below:
Or the user may be taken directly to the Request
Entry form.
