Used to define a standard list of statuses that can be
assigned to Requests.
Create Request Status Selections - Click on Add New Item
link to create or click on existing description to edit a Request Status.
- Description: enter the Request Priority. E.g. Pending,
Assigned, & Completed.
- Active: defaults to “Yes”. Set to “No” to deactivate the Request
Status, removing it as a selection from lookup list boxes.
